Our intimate wedding packages in North Yorkshire are designed for couples who want time, space and flexibility, not a tightly scripted day.

Intimate Wedding Packages in North Yorkshire

Weddings at the Long Barn are offered as a 3–4 night exclusive stay, with one of our wedding packages added to your accommodation booking.

Our packages are designed to keep things simple, flexible and transparent providing everything you need for your ceremony, while giving you complete freedom to shape the rest of your celebration.

Our intimate wedding packages can be added to either a midweek or weekend stay. They are intended to support your wedding experience rather than define it. Catering, flowers, styling and photography are arranged separately, allowing you to create a celebration that feels entirely your own.

Package One — Celebrant Ceremony

£720 + Accommodation (Introductory Price)

This option is ideal for couples planning a celebrant-led ceremony.

  • Exclusive use of the West Barn for the duration of your stay
  • Use of the West Barn for your ceremony, celebration or gathering
  • Tables and chairs for up to 14 guests, or the option to clear the space completely and bring in your own hired furniture
  • Screens, projector and speakers available and set up to suit your requirements
  • Access to the West Barn from 1pm on your arrival day for dressing, styling and deliveries
  • Freedom to choose, organise and pay for your own celebrant

All decorations and staging should be cleared by 9.30am on your departure day. Cleaning of both barns is taken care of by us.

Package Two — Registrar Ceremony

£840 + Accommodation (Introductory Price)

This option is for couples wishing to hold a legal ceremony at the Long Barn.

  • Exclusive use of the West Barn for the duration of your stay
  • Use of the West Barn for your legal ceremony and celebrations
  • Tables and chairs for up to 14 guests, or the option to clear the space completely and bring in your own hired furniture
  • Screens, projector and speakers available and set up to suit your requirements
  • Access to the West Barn from 1pm on your arrival day for dressing, styling and deliveries
  • Couples arrange and pay for their registrar directly with North Yorkshire Council
  • As legally required, Ian and Jackie will be in attendance during the ceremony
